Terms and conditions of sale

Please note the following conditions apply to all orders:

All images must be owned by the customer or otherwise be free from any copyright restrictions.
The quality of reproduction will be the highest attainable in line with the processes used and the original quality of the image you send. The better the quality you send, the more vibrant and clear will be the image on the crystal. (Mobile phone images will look grainy and soft: we do not recommend them but will use them if there is no alternative). All images are sent at the customer's risk and while we will take every care with them we cannot take responsibility for damage in transit.

DELIVERY

All our crystal blocks are hand crafted and individually packed in protective boxes, so please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We will, however, despatch your order the moment it is complete.

The price for delivery via a standard Royal Mail service is added to each individual crystal display and you will see the total price in your shopping cart.

We can also arrange a special delivery, at an extra charge, when an order is needed urgently. This will be sent for next day delivery, as soon as your order is completed. However, if you pay by a non-electronic means, your order may not be processed until funds are cleared. Please allow additional time for this.
